For nm.debian.org, at 2019-05-22:
I support Jongmin Kim <jmkim@pukyong.ac.kr>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Jongmin Kim on golang dependencies of micro text editor,
ruby dependencies of gitlab and libgit2 for over 3 months. He is confident
about packages requiring code changes (ported ruby-httparty tests to rspec3)
and easily handled a library update with symbols file (libgit2). He also helps
other team members to solve issues.

I have personally worked with Jongmin Kim <jmkim@pukyong.ac.kr> (key 012E4A0679E14EFCDAAE9472D39D8D29BAF36DF8) for over 3 months,
and I know Jongmin Kim can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
