I have worked with Louis-Philippe on a significant number of technical projects, as well as many others, for nearly ten years.

In all these projects I have appreciated Louis-Philippe's competence, attention to detail and organizational ability.

As a Debian Developper, I have reviewed and uploaded packages for him on several occasions. In this area, he has shown not only more than adequate understanding of the high standards of the project, but also a willingness to improve upon them.

Furthermore, I have worked closely with him as a core member of the DebConf17 local team, which has demonstrated that he is a reliable colleague on which one can depend. Simply put, the success of DebConf17 was in no small part attributable to Louis-Philippe's contributions.

I have worked with Louis-Philippe Véronneau during Debconf 17 where he's been a key member of the organization. His contagious energy and smiles have been a key to the success of the conference. He's also been active in organizing local Debian meetups which are keeping our local community alive and well. The Debian project would greatly benefit from giving him the privilege of contributing as a full member.
