I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
uploading.  I've been a non-uploading DD for a while and it gave me time to
familiarize myself with some more technical aspects of the Debian Project.

I've sinced packaged three things [1] [2] [3], two of which with the PAPT.
`firmware-tomu` and `rename-flac` are still in the NEW queue and `membernator`
is waiting to be sponsored.

I'd like not to have to prod people to sponsor my packages to be able to upload
stuff :D
