I support Gordon Ball <gordon@chronitis.net>'s request to become Debian Developer, uploading.

I have personally worked with Gordon Ball <gordon@chronitis.net> (key E8FC295C86B8D7C049F97BA7A35DAFFBAD29E8DE) for about three years, on various jupyter-related packages and I know Gordon Ball can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.

I support Gordon Ball <gordon@chronitis.net>'s request to become Debian
Developer, uploading.

I have worked with Gordon Ball on several r-cran-* packages. He did a
great job in writing the debhelper module dh-r which helped a lot to
simplify packaging of GNU R packages.

I have personally worked with Gordon Ball <gordon@chronitis.net> (key
E8FC295C86B8D7C049F97BA7A35DAFFBAD29E8DE) for about half a year.
Unfortunately he is not very active in the r-pkg-team any more since his
focus drifted away to other interests. However, I think Gordon Ball can
be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised,
unrestricted upload rights, right now.
