For nm.debian.org, at 2019-07-27:
I support Tom Marble <tmarble@info9.net>'s request to become Debian Developer, uploading.

I have granted him DM rights on three Clojure team packages which he has maintained. He is capable of performing package maintenance without review or sponsorship on the team. He also helped out with verification of bugs and package testing during the Buster freeze.

Tom has been contributing to Debian since 2004. I met Tom in late 2016, when he convinced me at Clojure/conj to reintroduce Leiningen to the archive and revive the Debian Clojure team. Tom is an enthusiastic and positive force in Debian, and his contributions to the community go beyond his packaging work.

I have personally worked with Tom Marble <tmarble@info9.net> (key 884A52C4AC8ABB931D158FA840BFEE868B055D9A) since 2016,
and I know Tom Marble can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.

on other packages under the purview of the Debian Java team.

I support Ton's request to become a Debian Developer, Uploading.
I can't speak for Tom's ability to package, but I do know him as a
key member of the project, and his influence in wider FOSS circles
is unsurpassed by many.
I was shocked to find out he wasn't a full member already, and
thoroughly recommend that he is granted full rights immediately.

Neil
