Debian Developer, non-uploading.

I have personally worked with Jonathan Bustillos <jathanblackred@gmail.com>
(key 3006B194262224C71607F72B52E45D29AA34EFC5) for several years. I met Jathan
during DebConf12 when he first participated, and in the other DebConf events he
managed to join. I’ve worked with him as a Video Team volunteer, and witnessed
him organizing a social event during the last DebConf. He’s always a pleasure
to interact with, and is mindful of others.

I know Jonathan Bustillos can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, right
now.

I met Jonathan Bustillos <jathanblackred@gmail.com> (key

attended (15, 17 and 19), did volunteer video work with him on several
occasions and participated in the social event organized by him on
DebConf19. I believe his cheerful personality and very good
interpersonal skills have already helped the Debian Project in a
multitude of ways, thus he should become a Debian Developer,
non-uploading, right now.
