I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Maintainer.
I have worked on packaging newsbeuter(now obsolete), newsboat and more recently
taken over maintaining dunst as well as packaged some rust crates.
Initially, I'd like to be able to upload newsboat and dunst on my own,
expanding that list as I get more involved in Debian.
