I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
uploading.  I have worked on packagin software for Debian for quite a while. My
packages currently in archive are:

 - gcc-8-doc/gcc-9-doc/gcc-doc-defaults
 - awesfx, midisnoop, vkeybd, xawtv
 - gost-crypto

I have pending uploads of ima-evm-utils and cryptodev-linux packages.

I would like to be able to upload actual packages without looking for a sponsor.
