I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading. I
have worked in debian-science on gmsh, vtk*, python-meshio, pygalmesh, netcdf, trilinos
and some others for several years now. I would like to be able to contribute more
easily, i.e., getting access to porterboxes for fixing bugs on more exotic
architectures, help updating the wiki, and be able to upload packages.
