I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
uploading.  I'm a Linux developer since 1998, worked on the Linux kernel, KDE
and other open source projects since 1999, have maintained the hppa
debian-ports buildds since 2013, am fixing and reporting build issues on the
hppa arch, maintain the hppa/parisc Linux kernel upstream, contribute to the
Debian kernel for hppa (with commit rights) and am responsible for the
hppa-related boot loader (palo) and debian-installer packages.
I would like to be able to upload palo and other parisc-releated packages if
necessary, and being able to log in to Debian porterboxes and the Debian buildd
main server (wuiet) without the requirement to extend my user every year.
