For nm.debian.org, at 2019-12-16:
I support Scott Talbert <swt@techie.net>'s request to become Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked with Scott Talbert on wxWidgets and wxPython packaging for more than 3 years, but he's been contributing to Debian for much longer (contributors.d.o suggests more like 7 years). He's now maintaining the wxpython3.0 and wxpython4.0 packages with essentially no input from me.

I have personally worked with Scott Talbert <swt@techie.net> (key 6E7434F5897D43B17FCD57B753D5BC64B52378A2) for more than 3 years,
and I know Scott Talbert can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.

During the last months, I have worked with Scott Talbert <swt@techie.net>
(key 6E7434F5897D43B17FCD57B753D5BC64B52378A2) and sponsored a few packages
for him: python-traits, python-pyface, python-traitsui, python-envisage,
python-apptools and soundgrain. His work is mostly good quality, and he has
made a significant contribution to the Python 2 and Qt 4 removal processes.

I support Scott Talbert <swt@techie.net>'s request to become Debian Developer,
uploading. He can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have
unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
