I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
uploading.
I have maintained about a dozen packages for a while and I would like to
be able to help maintain additional packages, especially as part of the
DPMT. Specifically, I plan to contribute to Python 3 porting / Python 2
removal effort, which I have already been contributing to.
