I support Ming-ting Yao Wei (<mwei@lxde.org> and <mwei@debian.org>)'s request to become Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked with Ming-ting Yao Wei on various Debian packages, mainly under the Debian Fonts team. The detailed
work includes reviewing and sponsoring his packages.  I also granted some DM uploading rights to him for some
of the packages he maintain and so far the maintenance goes on well.  He showed familiarity with Debian's package
upload process as well as the usage of Salsa GitLab platform.

I have personally worked with Ming-ting Yao Wei <mwei@lxde.org> (key FED5434845287DF262931489CFBBFCE0B74F1B14) for more than half year
and I know Ming-ting Yao Wei can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
