For nm.debian.org, at 2020-02-11:
I support HSIEH-TSENG SHEN <woodrow.shen@gmail.com> ((key 4FA0D159803FF8B634E95A383970FE247CB69685))'s request to become Debian Maintainer.
Though there are no public records on my collaboration with HSIEH-TSENG SHEN on the Internet,
I have known him for years and worked with him on several Ubuntu enablement projects while I worked at Canonical.

I believe HSIEH-TSENG SHEN can be trusted to have upload rights for his own packages, right now.
