I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian
Developer, uploading.

I have worked on several debian packages, and would like to continue
working on them:

 * alot (maintainer)
 * nasm (maintainer)
 * piglit (ITP => maintainer)
 * renderdoc (ITP => maintainer)
 * rust (helped with initial compiler packaging)
 * waffle (ITP => maintainer)
 * debian-x team (contributed to apitrace, intel-gpu-tools, libdrm)

As a DD, I may be able to contribute to more debian-x packages.
Currently I only have DM upload rights for intel-gpu-tools.
