For nm.debian.org, at 2020-04-21:
I support Stephane Neveu <stefek@shman.fr>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Stephane Neveu within the pkg-security team where he
has been maintaining a couple of packages (ledger-wallets-udev,
brutespray, curvedns). I would like him to be able to upload his packages
on his own.

I have personally worked with Stephane Neveu <stefek@shman.fr> (key
F94E531B41C19047C1A90DFA5D456739F3ABD420) for X time, and I know Stephane
Neveu can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right
now.

Thank you.
