I have been working with YOKOTA Hiroshi <yokota.hgml@gmail.com>
0xAE395F287AB14F5D551723C4A9E9B64F92DE6DCA over the 6 months
on the packaging of Calibre. He has consistently done an excellent job
fixing bugs, actively helping in the transition to Python3, helped with
documentation. His technical skills are excellent, as well as his
attention to details in the packaging.

I am strongly suggesting to approve him after the necessary procedures
to DM status.
