For nm.debian.org, at 2020-04-29:
I support Diego M. Rodriguez <diego@moreda.io>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Diego M. Rodriguez on Qiskit packages https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/qiskit-terra for around a year and I would like to be able to upload and supported other quantum computing related packages.
I have personally worked with Diego M. Rodriguez <diego@moreda.io> (key 36B342A99F2F2CFBF79BFF9BB6C4B90106BCE232) for 3 years at IBM Research, in the same group writing free software, and I know Diego M. Rodriguez can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
He also have extensive experience in the Debian Go Packaging Team where he is a regular contributor.
