I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to DebianMaintainer.
I have worked on several packages as pkg-maintainer at the DPMT for a
while (python-jellyfish, python-marshmallow-polyfield,
python-nest-asyncio) an in the Science team (qiskit-terra), along with
other non-maintainer contributions in salsa. I would like to be able to
further contribute while placing less burden on sponsors and
co-maintainers, specially for the qiskit-related packages.
