For nm.debian.org, at 2020-05-21:

I support Friedrich Beckmann <friedrich.beckmann@gmx.de> (1A9F 9365 EF7F 1142
6275 26B1 CC79 D80A 5BB7 FC51) in his request to become Debian Maintainer.

Friedrich has contributed to upstream GNU PSPP upstream since 2014. PSPP is a
project that I founded and continue to develop and Friedrich has shown good
judgment around it. Friedrich has worked on the Debian packaging for PSPP for
some time and I believe that he can be trusted to directly upload it, as well
as its dependency libspread-sheet-widget.
