I support xiao sheng wen <atzlinux@sina.com>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with xiao sheng wen on packages within Debian Chinese Team as well
as various Chinese-related localization work. From the work achieved, I believe
xiao sheng wen holds enough technical knowledge on maintaining existing packages.
I have personally worked with xiao sheng wen <atzlinux@sina.com> (key 740D7FE2AB3143E86C8FD12300186602339240CB) for months,
and I know xiao sheng wen can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
