I support Kartik Kulkarni <kartik.koolks@gmail.com>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Kartik Kulkarni on multiple uploads of package source-highlight
and guided through bug triaging as well as maintenance of git packaging repository.
I believe the preparation of new package uploads have shown enough knowledge and
skill in maintaining single packages as a Debian Maintainer.

I have personally worked with Kartik Kulkarni <kartik.koolks@gmail.com> (key 16A1100AB78A62494F912A7812580AC9CE1FA236)
and I know Kartik Kulkarni can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
