For nm.debian.org, at 2020-08-06:
I wholeheartedly support Nis Martensen <nis.martensen@web.de>'s request to
become Debian Maintainer.

Nis has been working on reportbug for the past several years, getting more and
more responsibilities in the project, and lately he's been the one keeping up
with reportbug maintenance: managing bugs, submitting MRs and lately gaining
direct access to the repo because he simply doesnt need supervision to do his
work anymore.

I have personally worked with Nis Martensen <nis.martensen@web.de> (key
9706A070E4746F0D82F1802020D504FDCAEA9F50), and I know Nis Martensen can be
trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.

Thanks,
Sandro
