Octavio has worked in the packages superkb and ipv6toolkit since many years, besides contributing with talks about Debian and organising many events about our community in Mexico. It is always a pleasure to interact with him and he has high technical skills about Debian. I know Octavio can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, right now.
