I hereby advocate Patrick Franz to become a Debian Maintainer.

I have been working with him within the Qt/KDE team on convertall, md4c and qt5ct, where he has managed to properly create new releases, check the packaging, manage symbols files, between other normal requirements for this post.

He has also helped a lot into preparing Qt submodules for releasing.

He has always asked when in doubt and managed to search common packaging procedures by himself.

It is also a great pleasure to interact with him.

I really think he is ready to manage the aforementioned packages by himself.

For nm.debian.org, at 2020-07-29:
I support Patrick Franz <patfra71@gmail.com>'s request to become Debian
Maintainer.

He has been helping me with the Qt 5.14 transition by creating merge requests
for about a dozen of Qt modules. Apart from upgrading to new versions, he
tried to improve quality of packages, e.g. by fixing Lintian warnings.
I trust him and I think he can become a good Debian Maintainer.
