I support Aleksey Kravchenko <rhash.admin@gmail.com>'s request to become Debian Maintainer, with guest account.
I have worked with Aleksey Kravchenko on some packages from the security tools packaging team, mainly on rhash, for
which Aleksey is the upstream.

Aleksey has been a DM in the past and his account got deactivated by the lack of uploads in a release cycle, in the two
years I've been sponsoring Aleksey I could see that there wasn't a need for Aleksey's uploads to be reviewed.

I have personally worked with Aleksey Kravchenko <rhash.admin@gmail.com> (key 2875F6B1C2D27A4F0C8AF60B2A714497E37363AE) for 2 years,
and I know Aleksey Kravchenko can be trusted to have access to developer machines, right now.
