I support David Suárez Rodríguez <david.sephirot@gmail.com>'s request to become Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked with David Suárez Rodríguez in the Ruby Team for about seven years. I have personally reviewed his packages and sponsored his uploads. I would like him to be able to update his own packages and upload new ones, as I see he has interesting projects, in particular regarding the crystal language.

I have sponsored one of David's packages, driftnet, on multiple occasions in
2012-2014 and then again in 2019. David has been eager to learn and had no
problems implementing suggestions or correcting mistakes.

His ability to learn, open attitude, and continuous maintainership of
driftnet through the years is a good indication me that he would be a welcome
addition to the ranks of uploading DDs.
