I support Stephan Lachnit <stephanlachnit@protonmail.com>'s request to become
Debian Developer, uploading. I have worked with Stephan Lachnit on the
gamemode package, which I originally packaged and he has improved much on.

I have also sponsored his uploads for goverlay, piper and vkbasalt. His
work is of high quality and in the very few cases where I had to suggest
changes, he has done them quickly and efficiently.

I have personally worked with Stephan Lachnit <stephanlachnit@protonmail.com>,
(key BB45B0B3FF561BDBD45EE8A9B35B49EA5D563EFE) since around April 2020,
and I know Stephan Lachnit can be trusted to be a full member of Debian,
and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
