      | I support Étienne Mollier <etienne.mollier@mailoo.org>'s request to become Debian Developer (with upload permissions). I have worked with Étienne Mollier since the April 2020 COVID-19 Debian Med hackathon. Since then he has done very valuable work on lots of Debian Med packages, like fixing bugs, creating new packages and upgrading existing packages. Since he is a DM he works perfectly self standing on several packages.
Étienne joined all our Debian Med video conferences. So I think I know him to some extend as our current times permit.
I enjoyed to worked with Étienne Mollier <etienne.mollier@mailoo.org> (key 8F91B227C7D6F2B1948C8236793CF67E8F0D11DA) for several monthes,
and I know Étienne Mollier can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.

      | I support Étienne Mollier <etienne.mollier@mailoo.org>'s request to
become Debian Developer (with upload privileges). I have worked with
Étienne since the Debian Med Covid-19 hackathon in April 2020 and kept
being positively surprised by his actions on the mailing list on various
packages also other than mine/his that are not necessarily manifesting
themselves as a commit or an upload as in package reviews, discussions
or bug reports/fixes.
Even though we never met in person, it is because of the
"beyond-what-can-be-expected" actions of Étienne Mollier that I have
complete confidence that he can trusted to be a full member of Debian,
and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
I can confirm that the email address Étienne used throughout our
encounters on the mailing list is <etienne.mollier@mailoo.org> and that
he has 8f91b227c7d6f2b1948c8236793cf67e8f0d11da in his email signature
which matches the hash presented in debian-newmaint. Also, he signed
emails of his with that key before.
