Details from emollier:

  For nm.debian.org, at 2021-01-02:
I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
  uploading.
I have helped with maintenance of a growing number of Debian Med packages
  since
April 2020, involving a wide range of tasks: a couple of packages
  construction
(prinseq-lite, libsecrecy, or libstatistics-pca-perl for instance),
  several
bugs resolution, provision of new upstream versions for various packages,
polishing fixes while checking out package tracker or DDPO status,
  improve the
diversity of architecture support when possible, and so on.
While profusion of DM grants probably remains a possible way of working,
  I
would like to be capable of proceeding to uploads on my own. I am also
considering widening the spectrum of my contributions to other areas,
  with the
experience I built up. Debian strongly contributed to shape my life in
  the
past decade, needless to mention the past year, and I would love to
  become a
full fledged member of the project, to contribute back.
