Hi
Please make Gunnar Hjalmarsson (currently a Debian Contributor) a
Debian Developer, uploading (advocated by byang, laney, osamu). I
understand that this is a 2048-bit key, but there was discussion of
which key to use on debian-keymaint including input from the keyring
maintainers and the consensus of that discussion was that the existing
2048-bit key is preferable.
Key 0CFE997B724580A7FA72F8CFF0B110E75A692F32 should be added to the 'Debian
Developer, uploading' keyring.

Gunnar Hjalmarsson has accepted the DMUP in a signed statement.
Details from gunnarhj:
I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
uploading.
I'm a member of the IME and Debian GNOME packaging teams, and have
contributed for a while with commits, merge requests and sponsored
uploads. I'm the only 'uploader' (without upload rights) of ibus-avro and
ibus-typing-booster (both of which I packaged) as well as ibus-unikey
(which I adopted).
For a decade I have contributed to Ubuntu with mostly l10n/i18n related
matters, and have been entrusted upload rights to the Ubuntu archive for
quite a few packages, both as a member of the ubuntu-desktop team and by
personally assigned upload rights.
If my application for Debian membership is approved, I plan to keep
working in the same areas as I'm already doing, but not having to bother
sponsors with routine uploads will allow me to work more efficiently.
