I have personally worked with Xiang Gao <xiang@kernel.org>
(key 43403A6C3512F58FBCDCD3C5517667E5996EE6AA) for about 2 years
on erofs-utils packages and sponsored to upload the package and he's
enthusiastic to make the package uptodate. I know Xiang Gao can be
trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
