For nm.debian.org, at 2021-02-02:
I support qinxialei <xialeiqin@gmail.com>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with qinxialei on packaging various libraries in the past few months, including
packages originated from Google (gn, libgav1) as well as software from Deepin.
This includes mentoring and package upload spnsorship.

I have personally worked with qinxialei <xialeiqin@gmail.com> (key 32257E8D892E4E4A62AAB3913940C9C3FE893883)
