I advocate Filip Hroch <hroch@physics.muni.cz> to become a Debian
maintainer.

I have personally worked with Filip for more than four years within
the Debian Astro Team, without problems. He maintains a number of
important packages for the Debian Astro Pure Blend. I know that Filip
can be trusted, and I will grant him DM rights for the packages he
actually maintains: dcraw, fitspng, munipack, oakleaf and rawtran.
