I support Boian Bonev <bbonev@ipacct.com>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.

I have worked off and on with Boian Bonev on several commercial and
open-source projects over the past twenty years, and I have followed his
software development and system integration work in various areas,
mostly related to large-, mid-, and small-scale ISPs and providers of
other network services. It is my opinion that Boian has excellent
software development and maintenance skills, and that he understands
the social aspects of Debian.

While I have not personally reviewed his packages before they were
uploaded, I have examined them as they are in the archive and in
the repositories and it is my belief that he has the necessary skills to
maintain them himself.

I have personally worked with Boian Bonev <bbonev@ipacct.com> (key
BA60BC20F37E59444D6D25001365720913D2F22D) on and off for 20 years, and
I know Boian Bonev can be trusted to have upload rights for his own
packages, right now.

I have worked on the iotop and iotop-c packages with Boian Bonev <bbonev@ipacct.com>
(key BA60BC20F37E59444D6D25001365720913D2F22D) for the last 7 months.

I have been happy with his packaging and coding skills and appreciated my
interactions with him; he takes suggestions and criticism well whilst being
confident with his own opinions.

I know Boian Bonev can be trusted to have upload rights for his own packages,
right now.
