I am applying to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked on krb5 and openafs for a few years now and I would like
to be able to upload new upstream versions to NEW, upload new packages
to various -backports suites, and help out with some orphaned or
semi-orphaned packages that I interact with, such as config-package-dev.
