I support Hanno Wagner <wagner@rince.de>'s request to become Debian
Developer, uploading, again.
I have worked with Hanno Wagner for over 20 years, and actually he is the one
who signed my key back in 2000 to allow me to become DD. He has become
emeritus sinc ethen and now wants to return.
I have personally worked with Hanno Wagner <wagner@rince.de> (key
59472423E07FE30FD47A8BB7925252C459797A1D), and I know Hanno Wagner can be
trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted
upload rights, right now.
