Application Manager report
For
Hanno Wagner <wagner@rince.de> to become DD, upl., an Application Manager has
a look at all the information collected on this site, has a look to past contributions,
asks a few questions if needed, and tries to build some trust that Hanno Wagner
should indeed be Debian Developer, uploading.

After exchanging a bit with Hanno Wagner <wagner@rince.de>, who is already a
DD, nupl, and have been in the past a DD, upl, and making sure that their
knowledge of packaging practices and how to work with other Package maintainers
is up-to-date, I'm confident that they are perfectly able to handle packaging
work in a good way and therefore agree that Hanno Wagner should get upload
rights as soon as possible.
