I have personally worked with Aloïs Micard <alois@micard.lu>
(key DA4AA4369BFAE29967CDE85BF733E8710859FCD2) since September 2019 in the Go
Packaging Team and I know Aloïs Micard can be trusted to be a full member of
Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.

Aloïs is one of the most dedicated DMs that I have worked with. He learns
fast and he has great initiative. Our working together has gotten to the
point where I am slowing him down more than anything. Him becoming a DD will
allow us to focus our collaboration on things that matter and less on
details.

Aloïs fits really well in Debian. He is a team player and he will be a great
addition to the Debian family. I am looking to forward to see Aloïs thrive as
a DD. This won't be the end of us working together, so I am also looking
forward to collaborating with him as a DD.
