I support Arnaud Rebillout <arnaudr@kali.org>'s request to become Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked with Arnaud Rebillout doing a Debian derivative and encouraged him to work on the Docker Debian package circa 2018, his technical skills were excellent managing to deal with all the dependency hell that entagles such a beast, however thanks to him and with onlyjob's support, Docker got in good shape to be released in Buster. His writting skills are also excellent, and he writes very good documentation with his coding work. He tries to understand the standards and always looks for technical excelence. I am really happy for Debian to see Arnaud apply to become a full member with uploading rights.
I have personally worked with Arnaud Rebillout <arnaudr@kali.org> (key 9D3BEC87B4563C642B7BE38AC0831D1F15E0DA64) for more than 4 years,
and I know Arnaud Rebillout can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.

I wholeheartedly advocate Arnaud to become an uploading Debian Developer.
His DD application is long overdue. Ever since he became a DM in 2018 (and even before that)
he was an active contributor primarily looking after "docker.io" - a package of extraordinary
complexity, as well as many other packages. Without Arnaud's help we would have neither
Docker nor Podman (both being mainstream application container runtimes) and having
this software in a good shape is a strategic competitive advantage for Debian.
Arnaud is a professional of highest calibre, already more competent than some DDs.
The quality of his work has always been excellent, his communication skills are superb
and his ethic is impeccable. He understands complex packaging issues, he is capable
of independent research to find the right solutions, his skills and experience are already
greater than what's expected from DD applicant.
Let's promote Arnaud to full DD ASAP please. I trust him completely. Thanks.

Developer, uploading. I have worked almost daily with Arnaud Rebillout on
Kali Linux for a month now. In this time, I reviewed multiple package updates as
well as code contributions and in both cases, he has shown good technical
skills, a desire to do high quality work and was very pleasant to work
with.
In multiple cases, he spontaneously submitted fixes or bug reports
for issues discovered while working on Kali:

As part of his Kali work, I also expect him to take a more active role

civil and enjoyable.
