Hello,
I have been working with Doug as part of the 3 person team maintaining
wmaker related packages. Iirc Doug got the whole thing organized about
three years ago. My main contribution nowadays is sponsorship (and
review). Having seen his work over an extended period of time I think
Dough can be trusted to have full, unsupervised, unrestricted upload to
the archive right now.
