I support Sebastian Geiger <sbastig@gmx.net>'s request to become Debian Developer (with upload rights).
I have personally reviewed and uploaded most of versions of tilda package prepared by Sebastian since 2013 and very satisfied with his work.

I have personally worked with Sebastian Geiger <sbastig@gmx.net> (key B1AEA6F29103A00A4D5212A15B3C275D60BF72BE) for almost 8 years,
and I know Sebastian Geiger can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
