I support Clay Stan <claystan97@gmail.com>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Clay Stan on Deepin-related packages and other misc packages
for more than 1 year and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.
Clay Stan acts as a member of Debian Deepin packaging team and helps coordinates
the packaging betweeen Debian side and upstream side, which is necessary in
the packaging of Deepin-related packages. Besides, he is enthusiastic in
improving the overall quality of Debian. I believe a role of Debian Maintainer
will be beneficial in continuing his work.
I have personally worked with Clay Stan <claystan97@gmail.com>

Clay Stan can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
