I've worked with Andreas Boll <andreas.boll.dev@gmail.com> on the Debian
X Strike Force for over three years.  He's also contributed upstream to
X.Org and mesa.  His work has been great, both before and after he
became a DM.  I believe it's time he became a full member of the project
with unsupervised upload rights.

I've worked with Andreas Boll <andreas.boll.dev@gmail.com> on the Debian X team for quite some time now. He's been very helpful preparing various updates in git and also reviewing changes made by others. He should be a DD with upload rights.
