I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
uploading.
I'm a Debian Maintainer since last year and I have worked on mesa, libdrm,
mesa-demos and a bunch of other packages within the debian-x team since 2013.
I'm also maintaining a few backports.
I would like to be able to upload packages to the (backports-)NEW queue myself,
to do Team uploads without the need for DM upload permissions and to do NMUs
without requesting for sponsorship.
I look forward to becoming a Debian Developer.
