I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.

I have worked together with the Debian Go Packaging Team, Debian Python Team
and Debian Security Tools Packaging Team.

I packaged a lot of NEW packages, uploading new versions, Team Upload,
stable-proposed-updates upload, also did QA uploads and some NMU uploads.

I would like to contribute more effectively, without need of sponsoring, and be
part of the Debian Project as an official member.
