I support Dylan Aïssi <bob.dybian@gmail.com>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.
Dylan Aïssi is active since about two years in the Debian Med team. He maintains several package autonomously and reliably. That's why I asked him to apply as a DM to enable him uploading the work himself since I had no need for changes of his work in the past time.

I have personally worked with Dylan Aïssi <bob.dybian@gmail.com> (key 9A3C07BD06DE2F416E813A5D612EF1613E050F54) for about two years,
and I know Dylan Aïssi can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
