I have worked with Ma Aiguo on DDE-related packages for 6 months,
and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.

The applicant's major involvement in Debian is around DDE-related packages,
and I worked with the applicant around mentoring and package sponsorship on
4 packages.

I have personally worked with Ma Aiguo <imaiguo@gmail.com>
