I support Anders Kaseorg <andersk@mit.edu>'s request to become Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked with Anders Kaseorg on libyaml for 3 years before he became a DM and was able to upload it himself. In that time, I found Anders to be technically proficient, responsive to feedback, and pleasant to work with. I'm thrilled he's decided to take the step to become a DD.
I know Anders Kaseorg can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
