I support Sergio de Almeida Cipriano Junior <sergiosacj@riseup.net>'s
request to become a Debian Maintainer.  I have worked with Sergio de
Almeida Cipriano Junior on Python, Ruby and Golang related packages
for almost one year and I consider them as having sufficient technical
competence.

Sergio is a proactive, trustworthy contributor who is always seeking
to learn more about the Debian project and improve his packaging
skills.  I sponsored a few packages for him and was able to closely
follow his progress.  I consider him ready to maintain the packages he
created, and I know that he will keep studying to become a better
packager and ask whenever he is unsure of something.  I'm looking
forward to having him help me even more with with the Pagure package.

I have personally worked with Sergio de Almeida Cipriano Junior
<sergiosacj@riseup.net> (key 4573E9D2AD27DB896BBF2F9EF15DCE5316051F27)
for 11 months, and I know Sergio de Almeida Cipriano Junior can be
